I remember the discussion, so I went to the archives, and typed "tank
container" into the search box. Among other results I found this,
message 23684, from June 30, 2003:
>We found that when sitting the DPH/SSA box container (48" if I
>recall) on top of a pair of the new DPH/SSA tank containers, the

Thus, if there is an issue and it is not the box container(s), then
it is the tank container.
