Excellent advice, and if there is no club close by join (or start) a 
round robin group with other model railroaders in the area, even if 
they do not model in S.  In my round robin group (I am the only one 
who 
models in the one true scale BTW), it always seems that at least one 
of 
us is excited about the hobby and that keeps the rest of us fired up 
and moving forward.

For example, I am in the middle of a train room building project and 
I 
find it a big PIA because I am model railroader, not contractor.  The 
folks in my group, seeing me lose focus earlier this year, "pushed" 
me 
into building some test sections for the layout.  Now I "R" excited 
again about the project.
