Bill, of course your right regarding being published but I don't know if
the copy had been written. I felt bad for the layout owner, as
apparently he had leukemia and waiting for Kalmbach to publish the
article before the firebox light went dim. He was a very nice gentlemen
(a good friend of Jess Bennett), very humble, very nice layout that
operated very nicely.
This is something that has bugged me somewhat, I very seldom get
the chance to actually see a layout work or get to operate on it. I
will spend one or two solid days photographing scenes, so after the
session I'm dog tired and/or might have to catch a plane for home.
Yeah, I know I get paid., so I can't complain too much.
