Doesn't this sound like a cracked record?  Makes one wonder just how serious 
your associate is/was about doing a 70 Tonner.  Sounds more like, "my feelings 
are hurt, so I'm going to pick up my ball and go home!"  'S' doesn't need 
anymore well intentioned builders with no products to show for, and then make 
off with the investors money.  Get my point, Larry?  The Briggs Speeder is 
another example that comes to mind.  Where is it?  No one has heard from Jeff 
Briggs in over a year after big promises and receiving deposits and/or full 
payment up front.
