Dave...I hate to be a wet blanket, but the odds of a major HO or O 
scale manufacturer taking on an S scale project like this is probably 
lower than zero.  It would be much more productive to encoursage our 
loyal S cottage industry guys to try something like this.  They might 
actually do it if enough interest is shown.  BTS, Jim King, SHS, AM, 
Des Plaines Hobbies, Rail Master Exports, Kaslo Shops, etc., etc. are 
all possibilities.  Since the flat car already exists, most anyone 
could make the auto loader portion (with cars) without too much 
difficulty.  Why not ask them how many advance deposits would be 
needed to get the project off the ground?  Then rustle up the 
orders.  That's how many S products get made, y'know.  Folks knock on 
the door with promises of orders and, if possible, with actual orders 
too.  Far better than hoping that some big time company will take on 
a puny little S project out of the goodness of their hearts.  Just an
