Just posted this in another email, but I will take this opportunity to ask
the may himself:

Ed, any experience with the Z Stuff For Trains? Now that they are making two
blade semaphores and two target signals in S, ($47.95~$62.95 each) I am
getting interested...According to the web site, they contain a sensor that
detects an approaching train.

Uncle Ed, thanks for sharing your experience with the crossing gates.

Are there some crossing gates, and or semaphores, you do recommend for S
gauge?

Nothing but flimsy junk. Appearance was fine. I hope the working
semaphores are much improved. I would suggest inspecting one up close
and personal before purchasing it. Just an opinion based on a previous

agreed with my assessment and gave me a full refund. Cheers....Ed L.
