Hi All,

We had a discussion a few weeks back about Stainless Steel wheels and axles.
All Pennsy S models cars have S/S wheel and axles. I just worked on one of
our customer's X29 that has been in his possession for over a year now. I am
sure it has been run a lot but exclusively on DCC layouts. As a bit to my
surprise the wheel treads were pretty blackened from track schmutz of some
sort making the "permanently shiny" wheels not as shiny. We did not really
count on that one! Now that is a bit ironic....

Thank You,
Bill Lane
