I am grateful for what they do.
I would like to replace the ice hatch covers on my SHS ice-reefers.
Has anyone done this? I looked in some fairly old catalogs by Banta and
Precision Scale with no luck. Grandt line (catalog #2 - date ?) has S-scale
hatches, part #4016 page 58, that look like they might be appropriate. Has
anyone tried these?
How much trimming of the existing hatch flanges is needed? What's a good way
to trim them? -hopefully without requiring a repaint of the roof.
