I put thick paint, then ground foam, wait a day or two, and flood the
area with 50% white glue. I am the cheapest S-Scaler I know, but I
bought a Woodland Scenics spray bottle. The other sprayers (left over
hair spray, window cleaner, etc.) constantly clogged, this one never has.
You can also try spraying upward, and letting the glue rain down. This
seems to (1) not disturb the ground foam, and (2) get glue everywhere
in sight. My normal spray method is to start by spraying horizontally
over the area and letting it rain until everything looks wet, then
spray more downward until it is actually flooded.
