1. The Cook brand buildings have heavy duty, weather-treated floors. They are
built far better than the typical "Lark" and similar brand portable sheds. The
model I'm wanting actualyl has 8' ceilings and top-plates on the top of the
studs.
2. Permanent structures defeat my need or portability... but are not out of the
question since they would only add to the property value upon resale. To
overcome the permanent structure, I'll just go ahead with my portable modular
style layout plans.
