On mine, I mounted Kadee #5's.  I had to add a shim of
.040 styrene to bring the coupler down to the right
height.  I just drilled through and tapped for 1-72
screws.  The screws I used do not come all the way
through and I just painted them black.  Another way
might be to tap the .040 shim first, then cut off the
screws and file them flat.  Then take the couple box
off and glue the shim in place.  It should stay put
because there is plenty of gluing area.
