Roy and all,

I'm not sure how this list is set up wrong. I use the "Digest" mode with all
my yahoogroups (about six or seven) which means I don't get twenty five
separate messages. They all come in one message. There is a prompt at the
bottom of the message (Reply to sender | Reply to group | Reply via web post )
that makes it simple and straight forward. I'm not sure if the bottom of the
"individual" messages has the same prompt as the digest mode. If you receive
"Individual " messages, then you have to do as Tom said, "make sure the To>
block shows who you want the message to go to! However, if you make sure the
To> block has: [email protected] I don't see how it can miss anyone,
especially the individual who sent the original message! One drawback to the
digest mode is that you cannot carry an attachment with your message. One
other thing, after clicking on your preferred Reply, then go back and cut and
paste the portion of the original message you want posted. Others may know of
a simpler method, but I found this to be very easy.

As I responded to this email, I hit "reply all" and two individual names
plus the [email protected] address popped up in the "To" address line.

If I hit "reply" it was addressed to just Ed.

Am I missing something here? Why not just hit "reply all" to include the
entire group? If in some cases there is reason to reply to only a specific
individual, just hit "reply."
