I have a website and it doesn't take forever to do a website. It is
more about content than website bells and whistles. Mine was NMRA
website of the month in October 2006.
Articles could be produced on a free web program like Web Dwarf, that
is what I started with, and uploaded to the website by the author.
Web Dwarf is a cut an past program. The advertising on the web could
also be done by the author, if you can write an article you should be
able to manuever about the internet. The only thing that the
webmaster would have to do is add it to the title page as a what's
new on the website. The website should be a free flow rather than a
conventional monthly rag.
The website article format is a rather easy picture and caption.
I have been doing this on my website for 4 years now and am up to 445
visits a day. It really doesn't take that much.
