Hello Don and all -
I entered the piece about archbar trucks because that is something I have been
concerned with and the only topic I could think of that I could write anything
about this soon.
The whole idea is that anyone else can add to this discussion or make
corrections.
The changes can include the organization - I don't know how to create
sub-topics but I am sure there is a way and we will learn it.
I urge you (Don) to write the section on modules - we can straighten everything
out when we gain experience.
for starters - and an experiment
log in
click on S-scale
scroll to the end
click on edit
you will see the text of the archbar material
this is the editor where you prepare the material
click on and scroll to the end of the text
click on the space above "National etc" and write your material
There may be a better way but this should get us started.
I just learned how to upload pictures - I suspect there is a way to prepare
text off-line and then upload the text. This would be simpler than
manipulating the whole body of the wiki site every time we write something.
I expect Brian will give us some tips and the beginners manual is available on
the site also.

I visited the wiki and I am already confused.
Perhaps a general education statement should be made here?
My confusion is:
clip
Is this entire site for all scales, and the S scale link (folder) is
for us?
When I clicked on the S scale link
I found a discourse about archbar trucks and then two links to:
National Association of S Gaugers
Regional S Scale Clubs
If this is going to be a general education location for S scale, I
would think that an article about archbar trucks should be in some
subfolder about wheels rather than the first thing we see.
Thanks very much for getting this started, but I think we need a lot
of handholding, and I think we need someone to be in charge of organizing.
I look forward to adding my two cents worth regarding modules.
Thanks
Don
