The store owner discounts everything about 15% and I assumed I'd get that same discount. No I did not, full list. Many places on the web offer discounts on S scale. Ken, I'm wondering if this is wide spread among other hobby shops. It is just a item number to order. What's the perception of S scalers?" MY question would be whether this was a one item order or if the dealer was able to spread shipping costs over many items. Shipping is a HUGE issue now, has drastically increased the cost of doing business, definitely affecting discounting. Most shipping costs are approaching double what they were a short time ago.
