Rusty, 

I got the older version Atlantic with the rigid trailing truck and that 
last set of wheels nearly high centered the second set of drivers so it 
could barely pull itself.  I modified the trailing truck frame to let 
the wheels ride higher.  Actually the engine might do okay on the flat 
lands where they actually ran but the grades quickly take their toll.  
It's actually a very smooth runner and an overall nice model.

Also, our mutual friend does the same thing you do.  He sells the new 
boxed engines, the ones he's made run right and the custom painted stuff 
only to keep the basket cases (how do you honestly sell a basket case on 
e-bay!) and the ones that he's started on but might never finish.  I've 
heard good things about your paint work.
