Of course you need to have been in New Zealand once to have the correct touch
to build these locos.
Our 2nd Marine Division Convention (1943 group) was given a reception at the
New Zealand Embassy last August. Better than an S National Convention. Wine,
beer , marvelous small tender lamb chops, and superb courtesy.

  John,

The BTS locomotive kits should run well and assemble well. He uses similar
mechanisms to my kits and white metal the same as my kits.
The people that have assembled my kits love the way they run and BTS kits
should provided the same running quality. The parts should assemble well
  with little filing.

What about the quality of the parts... does the model assemble as it should
without the need for major, intensive surgery?

Also, what about the running quality?
