The parts fit almost perfect. The pewter parts are never made in worn out molds. (molds are never worn out in S gauge anyway).
I have 2 BTS EBT kits, 2 BTS Ma & Pa loco kits, and 2 New Zealand loco kits. John Gardner is a perfectionist in my experience. andBTS is VERY strict about quality. So is Billy Wade, An example, All of us EBT modelers have been waiting about seven years for the EBT Sn3 Caboose kit. Billy is such a perfectionist he will not run any Kit unless he gets a sign from heaven to do it. But those hills and trees in West Virginia block the sky. I'm 86 and expect the caboose kit when I'm 94. The mining companies cutting the tops off the hills vin W. Va have not reached his area yet John Armstrong ----- Original Message ----- From: John Degnan To: [email protected] Sent: Friday, July 04, 2008 5:21 PM Subject: Re: {S-Scale List} BTS 0-6-0 kit What about the quality of the parts... does the model assemble as it should without the need for major, intensive surgery? Also, what about the running quality? John Degnan [EMAIL PROTECTED] [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
