No one hurt. CRANDIC parked loaded cars of rock on the bridge, hoping
to stabilize it. CC&P did the same thing successfully at Cedar Falls,
IA. To put things in perspective, the highway bridges in the
background were also completely submerged (as was the Dairy Queen
where I used to refresh myself after a day on the Cedar Rapids yard
engine)
