Part of the reason for all these personal emails going to the entire group is the unfortunate choice of reply options that we changed to about a year ago. Plus the fact that many members are just too LAZY and too INCONSIDERATE to change the email address from the group to the individual that the message is intended for. We had quite a bit of discussion about that at the time.
