I will have to get on board this item...an attitude adjustment is
necessary.....I am definetly a considerate S lister.. I have tried all the
sugested tricks ...right click/left click/up click/down click and this and
that....no matter what I do the yahoo system does not let me reply to an
idividual name --period--!
I get message that such individual (e-mail address) does not exist and the
yahoo system automatically puts in the S Trains or S-Scale group from whence
the message was delivered.
My solution to this dilema is simple: list my name and actual email for
"off-list "responses. If you do not want to divuldge your own email.....maybe
you can not be trusted?
This is the most direct way to communicate and totally appropriate for non
group chatter and business!
SO IF YOU WANT AN OFF LIST RESPONSE ...GIVE YOUR NAME AND EMAIL!
I also have another request of all groups involving S interests.....PLEASE
include your name, where (what part of the country -state/town/area) you are in
and, if so inclined, a way of contacting you. I would love to know what parts
of the world and where you are...I might wish to visit or people in your area
may not know of you, clubs etc??? It is a networking resource. Maybe there is
someone who is not familiar with NASG or a local S modeler...it might be that
guy or gal that is just itching to help you on your layout, has
information/resources you need an so on. This such a wonderful way of meeting
new and old S gaugers and what a resource....lets pread the word!
