John,

I am sure Jeff Kruger can give a better report on the S scale modules. I am
a member of the group but I had to man my booth, which was not far from the
modules.

BTW, I believe OSW is in January next year not February.

the articles and ran across this quote from the article "National
Train Show, Day 1". "There was at least one S-Scale layout there as
well. S-Scale seems to be getting an increasing amount of attention
and appears the healthiest it's been since the days when it was
called 'American Flyer.'" Sounds like "S" is making an impression.

Jeff:

I have been waiting for a report from the S scale Southern
California folks about their presence at the show. Some hard core
model RR folks from my Model RR round robin group went (the group
included two show clinicians and a very well regarded N scale
modeler)and gave glowing reports about the presence of an S scale
modular setup at the show.

I had to guess, because I have not heard, that it was you and the
SoCal S scale folks' layout they were praising. Sure would enjoy a
report onlist if you have the time.

I am sorry I missed the show and would have come, but the California
real estate market caused me to change jobs/careers and I have no
accrued vacation time yet in my new position.

Hope to see you at OSW in Santa Clara next February.
