Bill, (and all) That basically the same mentality that leads me to prefer the "hands-on" approach to uncoupling trains (equipt with Sergent couplers) with 'uncoupling wands' and 'magnetic wands'. If you want realism... treat it like its the real thing, and get your hands dirty!
