Same thing, Cleveland Model Company or at the time is was called CD rather than 
S, for Cleveland Design...They made a CGW 4-6-0 and a 0-6-0 die cast metal 
frame and drivers, with a combination of wood and fabricated plywood parts for 
the cabs and such..and rolling stock printed on paper that was designed to fit 
over their wood blocks.
