Hi All:

Got a few questions for those of you that would be interested in brick-type
industrial building flats. Mainly, my question falls in the realm of
signage. Which would you be more interested in:

1. Retain any faded signage as long as it's illegible (which is often the
case), thus the building is generic.

2. Restore original signage.

3. Resign faded signage with "generic" signage. (i.e. "Central Distributing
Co." as oppossed to "Kansas City Distributing Co.")

4. Remove signage completely, i.e. no signage. (Truly generic.)

What say ye?

Input appreciated.

Andre Ming
