I was about to post a great big 'YAWN" to this coupler debate, mainly
because I'm currently trying to digest what we already have, at least
for now. Lest we forget, though, guys like John are the ones that
advance our hobby. After all, how many of us would like to go back to
only choices of open-frame motors, or brass craftsman style
locomotive kits for variety, or even S-4 flanges.

Keep it up John, and keep us posted. I did the same thing thirty years
ago with respect to 2-8-0's and forty-foot boxcars, etc., and it was
like trying to move a five-hundred pound sow with the edge of my foot
(lipstick and pearl necklaces optional). Need I say more?
