When American Models began, Ron's philosophy was that with state-of-the-art
models,
scaler modeler migration from HO and N is where future growth will occur. The
FP-7
came with Kadee couplers only, DC-only, NMRA wheels only.
Clearly, actual marketing experience radically changed his mind.
As the AF generation ages, the demographics may be changing, but a major shift
is still
a long way off.
