"S"ay Bill........Why not write the seller an email and tell him 
wha'cha really think?  If all of us did that, the shipping charges 
might well be modified eventually.  In one case, I wrote and said the 
charges were excessive and he agreed and reduced the fee.  Of course, 
it was for something that could be mailed in an ordinary envelope for 
42 cents and so there was not much question about what it would really 
cost.  A lot of the sellers appear to be "in the business" with 
hundreds and/or thousands of transactions in their history.  I think 
UPS gives them a flat rate for anything they ship.  Saves time since 
there is no need to weigh and figure the distance, etc.  Even the Post 
Office, USPS, has flat rate boxes which are great if you have something 
really heavy that can be stuffed into the box.  Just a few ideas for
