I am getting so many inquiries about the status of these two items that
I thought this might be a way to get the word out to many of you.
(BTW.....both of these have been previously posted on the appropriate
websites, for anyone taking the time to check there!)
NASG GE Baldwin engines.......these were never expected, or advertised,
for delivery before October, just like all previous years.
In fact, they arrived last week, and I am already in the process of
labeling and mailing all 300 of them.
They should all be in the mail by the end of next week.
There are only about 20 of them left available (to existing or new NASG
members only) so e-mail me if you're interested in one of them.
NASG 2008 Convention MOXIE reefers.......at the convention, we had about
100 cars available. These were flown in specially for delivery to those
who had indicated "Pickup at the Convention".
The remaining 200 cars only arrived a couple of weeks ago. We are
presently awaiting shipping boxes from USPS, and then we will begin
mailing those out.
That will likely occur next week, or the following week at the latest.
In all likelihood, these cars will ALL mail the same day.
The MOXIE convention cars are sold out, so please don't inquire about
availability.
So (almost) everyone expecting either of these items should have
received same no later than the first week of October.
The one "hitch" is that the final 50 Moxie cars will not arrive here
until late November, so the final mailing of those 50 will not occur
until then.
