I mentioned recently on the subject of intermodal modelling that someone
(couldn't remember his name then) is trying to design a kit for an S scale
piggy-packer. See http://www.mi-jack.com/MJ9090_Page.htm . He recently
turned up on the modelintermodal group; his name is Brian Chapman, and when
I enquired as to progress he responded in part

. . . . . . I've attached a couple of screen captures of the PC-90 in 3D
software. I create the parts for CNC milling in Autocad 2D, and then I vet
the parts by creating them in 3D software using the part dimensions as they
will be CNC cut.

So, the attachments should look very close to the way the finished model
will appear. Although, the actual parts thicknesses will appear thinner
than they do in the drawings (the walls of the Packer cab, for example, are
about .020" thick, comparable to a Cannon & Co. locomotive cab wall).. . . .

. . . . . . . . . When the HO model is finished, you'll know the S scale
version won't be far behind. >

Executive Summary: Don't expect it soon.
I can forward what he sent me, if anyone's interested.
I don't know what inspired Mr Chapman to add S scale to his plans, and I
hope that by encouraging him I'm not pulling a Korber job on him. If he
makes 50 kits and half of the three of us in S who are interested in modern
intermodal and can put a kit together buy one, he's not going to be happy.
