Hi Graham --

I believe it.   I was just a bit disappointed when mine "only" pulled 16 
mixed brass, resin, plastic) cars up the 2% (the whole train).   A later 
look revealed that all but two cars were well weighted, 4 were brass, and 
the caboose had axle wipers for its lighting, so there was quite a lot of 
drag in that short train.   We'll just consider it all "loads"...

My 2-10-2 while pulling 35 cars (mostly SHS Reefers) went up
a 2% grade where at least half of the train was on the grade. It also
pulled 40 cars which caused the drivers to slip but it made it. I
have witnesses if anyone doubts me
