I know what you mean about tools, it's amazing how they can hide in plain view. When he lived nearby, I remember Fred Rouse saying he needed three sets of tools and I agree with him. In my case one each for the layout/model workshop in the basement, the garage, and the "wood" workshop shed.

Andre, I'm afraid Bob is right that reorganization will only add to the confusion. I reorganize my stuff about every six months, it's good exercise for the mind but a few things simply drop off the planet! My personal system is messed up. I do airbrushing in my garage, kit building in the train room above the garage and heavy duty construction in a remote building in the back yard. So a said bottle of paint can be in two places. A medium sized screwdriver can be in two places also. I always love it when I get down to rerail a car and discover a mess of tools left in that area last year! Of course we're not the only ones with that problem--I have a good sized collection of mechanics tools left in various crevices in my car by repair shops and dealers. They leave the good stuff--Snap On brand. Bob Werre ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
