Al Hall did have a storefront just north of St. Albans (at least in 
the 70s when Ron Koch and I visited there). As I recall he had just 
sold the store and was getting rid of the S inventory in order to 
move to California. We looked over his stuff in the attic of his barn 
where he ran the mail order side of the business. I forget what we 
bought but I remember it was a lot of scale items.
