but you could add 36% and calculate the S scale equivalent. He claims the water 
heater can be replaced since he measured it carefully, but I have my doubts." 

Many years ago, when Frank Titman lived on Franklin St. He wrapped a [code 172 
brass rail] helix around his hot water heater. The heater went bad, the plumber 
couldn't believe it, but eventually all went well. Years later the Delaware & 
Western layout came down when Frank moved to his Arch St. residence.
