ASAIK none of your additional decoders are available in the US.  I  
also found or others mentioned:

MRC -- Low quality like the old ST.  Have 'piggyback' controllers to  
add sound to other controllers.

Digitraz -- "soundbug"  recordable addon to other digitrax units. I  
dont know about quality

QSI and ECU have lots of recordings for diesels and steam that ST does  
not.  MRC is real generic  Digitrax last I checked was pretty bare and  
looked like they were gona rely on "community" contributions.
