Hi Bob,
I just read somewhere on the net that two CP enginemen were given  reprimands 
for refusing 
to take a train over a bridge they deemed unsafe.  Management forced them to 
take a train 
over it at a later date.  Guess what?  The bridge collapsed.  The crewmen died, 
but CP was 
nice enough to remove the letter from their files posthumously.  I'm sure that 
eased their 
families minds.
