A few years ago, an airplane went belly-up in a Denver snowstorm
because the pilot was forced to go against his better judgment, too.

they only give us the extensive training to blame us, not use what we
learned - "You SHOULDA' known better" is the all-inclusive statement
of fact surrounding such incidents when assessing blame.
