I presume you are referring to the V&T resin kit developed by Dale Darney.  The 
good news 
is that Keith Wiseman purchased the V&T line and has been re-introducing the 
Sn3/On3 
products over the past year.  Both the 43'6" and 40' flat cars are available 
again as a 
special run for the 2009 OSW+S from Bay Area S Scalers (Lee Johnson).  There is 
an ad in 
the latest S Gaugian with all of the details and prices.

These really are great kits.  I have 8 of the 53'6" and 2 of the 40 footers.  
They both look 
good and run well.
