all, had a big S scale kind of day today...attended the Mauer Auction today which featured an almost all S 400+ lot array of mostly AF trains, but a decent amount of AM and some SHS goodies.....scored a couple of lots.
then went to the WGH (World's Greatest Hobby show down the crowded highway in Oaks, PA....first time for the Expo center to be open and host anything (parking was poor at best, but then again isn't it always at large events!)... 2 operating S- hi-rail layouts, SHS and Hoquat Hobbies were there.....lots of people in attendance, and looked like many families who could possibly be new to the hobby.....lets' hope they make a wise choice and choose S scale!
