What I found was this: 1. They want you to join their Yahoo Groups list so that they can notify members. 2. They have just released their first magazine (on the 10th). 3. You can download it from their web site. It is distributed in a .ZIP file, which is really just a wrapper around their .PDF file. It is a large file.
I downloaded it yesterday. It looks really nice. They are just trying to create a free magazine, but rather than send you a printed copy in the mail, you can download it and read it in PDF format.
