No that is the real deal - there is no fee or other cost ever! Already downloaded mine:) The site is so busy that it cant resolve some things but a good read. I will wait a couple days and read it again to get the interactive content to work. So much bssns they are having to move servers. No affiliation just impressed. Btw; I do know Joe Fugate the Publisher, I worked with him on the 1994 NMRA national, and he is a great guy. TCC:}
