I think he meant well and was just trying to 'protect' the rest of us.
Good intentions, I am sure. Let's not turn the victim into the
villan. After all, he is only expecting others to keep their
promises. Still, a phone call to the vendor might have resolved the
matter amicably. Not judging, but commenting. Cheers...Ed L.
