Gavin, Welcome aboard!
Your array of rubber gauging is similar to mine (1:64 and 1:24) primarily because of the ease of doing 3-1/2 gauge in those scales. Id be very interested in seeing some pix of your Gn15 or Hn16 pursuits. There is a Sn42 forum on yahoogroups, although not very active at the moment. The URL is [email protected] Keep in touch! I have been modelling New Zealand Railways in Sn3½ for over 35 yeard now, and quite some time ago, picked up some Kinsman kits of US standard gauge, if , more than anything, to show the differences between standard and narrow gauge. For motive power, I measured up the HO Plymouth and decided it was S scale, so I had the wheel sets regauged to S Scale, and realigned the couplers... poor mans conversion, but, hey, it worked. Last week I was in Franciscan Hobbies, and I scored an S Helper Service SW 1200. The bug has bitten! I only look at AF with an eye to possible scale conversion. My other model rail interests are Garden Railways, and a quirky combination called Gn15 (1:24 scale running on HO track, which represents 15" gauge prototype).
