I wonder, though. I am building a "permanent" layout. If I have to move from this house, I would probably keep the structures and nothing else. I could build much better track now, and probably much better scenery. I am already tempted to tear out sections and replace them. If I had built modular or sectional, I probably wouldn't have the courage to trash it if I had to move.
