Yes, the SHABBONA  RS-1's use Beveridge drives. They are some of the smoothest, 
quiet performing locomotives I have! Don is right, though, the AM drives would 
probably be a better choice today.

SHABBONA's FA/FB-2 set also uses Beveridge drives. However, while smooth, they 
are not nearly as quiet, but I have never figured out why.  On the other hand, 
SW-1 #22 also uses a Beveridge drive, and it is also a smooth, quiet locomotive.
