I can do without their proprietory (not NMRA) DCC system and the smoke. But
I don't think we get a choice.
There was rumor at the Fall S Fest that Lionel is designing some kind of
high-tech drive unit for the U33C that actually powers both trucks.
But didn't it appear in the video that the pilot swings with the trucks,
like they do in toy trains? For all the good it'll do, I sent them a "say
it ain't so" e-mail.
