Tom: I think you are correct on the pilot swing. FWIW, there is a group of hard-core 3 railers that are installing drivers with smaller flanges, making the pilots body mounted and modifying the handrails accordingly, etc. They call their segment of the hobby 3 Rail Scale. (??)
Anyway, I am wondering if some of the scale S guys will be willing to do the same with the U Boat? It seems to have nice proportions and good detail, otherwise.
