Ed:

I might, but right now, the AM power trucks I have contracted for will fill the
bill. In all honesty, I have never dealt with NWSL, but when I hit the "Contact
Us" button and read this;

"Also: Please note that we get a tremendous amount of call and emails and it's
hard to keep up. Ironically, many calls and emails are about "where's my
stuff?" and the answer is if we didn't have to spend so much time on calls and
email we'd be out in the shop finishing it.",

I don't feel as though I want to add to their burden. I'd much rather they be
out in their shop finishing the orders they already have for customers who are
already in the pipeline.

As far as talking man to man, I do that with the best of them, but I won't
impose on anybody if I feel like I'm only wasting their time.

Maybe later, when I have more time to consider it, I may send the offending
wheelsets to them and have them put new wheels on the axles. NWSL has a
sterling reputation for quality products, and I'd rather wait until I can
actually place an order before I start bugging them with a lot of questions
that members on this list can and have so readily answered for me since this
thread started.

I appreciate the input.
