Alex, On the O Gauge Forum, there are several individuals that are looking for the TMCC guts.
The TCA members web page had the Lionel talking about the U33C and the new UP/DRGW Challenger. http://www.tcamembers.org/netvision/index.htm Part 3 has the S scale U33C and Challenger. New direction from Lionel and it sounds like they are actually trying to become players in the S scale/gauge arena.
