How easy would it be to replace or file down the small non-drive wheels on
the AF locos ?
Note, I am not going to delete the original message because no one would
understand the context. But I have deleted the Yahoo gunk.

Don't alter them. Replace them.
NWSL will make any size wheel on any style axle.
